Approved by the Ministry of Work and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China which issued “Business License For Managing Overseas Employment” and registered in the Fujian Industrial And Commercial Administration Department, Fujian Manpower Overseas Employment Co., Ltd (FMOE for short) is a legal person which possesses the authority of independently managing the business of overseas employment.

For a long time FMOE has engaged in the following fields of business:

Manning and managing crew who are working on board of foreign vessels;

Appointed by the overseas employers/companies/enterprises, recruiting, recommending and sending out workers of various trades and industries to work abroad and at the same time, carrying out all kinds of special training before the workers going abroad and processing such documentation as passports, visas, notary formalities, insurance and so on and so forth;

Providing services such as information about foreign affairs, consultation, brokering agent and the like.
